So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Modeling Case Study: Crafter Hustle
Designing and discovering event flows is like building a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger and better you get at it. I really enjoy this activity, especially when the domain is one that I don’t deal with all the time. When I’m designing event flows for a developer-facing application or one in a domain like distributed systems, I can skip dozens of steps by having an internal monologue with myself as both the developer and the subject matter expert (SME).
