I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Unternehmen, die einen Nutzen in Scrum sehen, werden sich dafür entscheiden, damit fortzufahren. Dieses Kapitel enthält Fallbeispiele von Firmen, die mit Scrum weitergemacht haben. (Ich habe die echten Namen der Firmen geändert und auch den einbezogenen Leuten fiktive Namen gegeben.) Diese waren mutige Unternehmen, die durch Einsicht und Notwendigkeit motiviert wurden. Kein Unternehmen, das bei vollem Verstand ist, würde anderweitig ernsthaft mit Scrum beginnen. Die Integration von Scrum in einem Unternehmen gleicht dem Blick in einen Abgrund, einem Sich-Wappnen für eine heldenhafte Reise und dann den Sprung zu wagen.
