I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ich habe Leuten den Posten des ScrumMasters oder des Product Owners respektive einen Platz in den Scrum-Entwicklungsteams zugewiesen. Es gibt aber immer noch einige zusätzliche Manager. Was ist ihre Aufgabe?
Fast das komplette Produktmanagement und annähernd die gesamte Entwicklungsarbeit werden in der Hierarchie der Scrum-Teams geleistet. Sofern das verbliebene Personal und die übrigen Manager nicht andere solide Arbeit zu verrichten haben, ist deren Müßiggang des Teufels Ruhebank. Anders ausgedrückt, diese Personen und Manager beeinträchtigen die Scrum-Teams.
