I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Bridge handles a wide variety of file types too. You can browse JPEGs, TIFFs, Photoshop
files, raw files, and many types of video. e compatibility with movie files is notable
because these are not supported in Adobe Lightroom and Apple Aperture.
ere are a few holes, however, when comparing Bridge to those more integrated photo
managers. Bridge does not have incremental backup. So, you have to make sure you
handle archiving on your own, or use a separate application. Also, you don’t have virtual
copies in Bridge, so if you want multiple versions of a picture, you have to make full-
resolution duplicates.
With that being said, you can’t beat the price of Bridge, especially if you have to upgrade
to the latest version of Photoshop anyway. And with a little planning, you can shape a
fairly powerful workflow around it. Plus, I already alluded to the one thing that Bridge
can do which Lightroom cannot: it can organize and even preview video captured with
your digital camera. is is an important function if you regularly capture video with
your compact digicam.
Key benefits include an attractive interface, easy file browsing, a wide variety of media
compatibility including movie files, and plenty of metadata options.
