Having examined the definition and principles underlying workplace mediation and outlined a typical breakdown in a working relationship between the characters of Wendy and Mark, we shall set out, in this chapter, to put flesh on the bones of the mediation process and to describe in detail the six-step structure that governs the delivery of mediation as proposed in this book.
Just to say a little about how we came to this particular mediation model.
