I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
High-tech help
If you write on a word processor, I suggest you run your speech through a grammar checker if your program includes one. I'm not suggesting you rely too heavily on a grammar checker. It can be helpful, but it is by no means infallible. A grammar checker does not take the place of a good grammar handbook. You'll find my recommendation for a handbook in Appendix B.
Word processors have made editing and revising far easier than they once were. If you don't like a paragraph where it is, move it to another location and try it there. Although I wrote speeches and other materials for many years on an old Royal standard typewriter, I wonder now how I produced as much as I did without the help of my computer.
