When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
And now for a few questions
After making an important discovery, a scientist was so much in demand as a speaker at scientific gatherings that he hired a chauffeur to drive him to his speaking venues. Over a period of months, he and the chauffeur became close friends. On one occasion, the scientist complained that he was tired and needed to rest.
''Professor,'' the chauffeur said, ''I've heard your speech so many times that I could deliver it myself.'' Well, one thing led to another, and the professor decided to give it a whirl. They stopped at a gasoline station and changed clothes. The chauffeur put on the professor's business suit and the professor donned the chauffeur's uniform.
