Find a Class Act to Follow
By now, you have probably gotten the point multiple times that practicing effective people skills is hard work. It takes diligence and commitment, and role models.
By “role model” we mean a class act, someone who models what you want to practice. In this case, you will want to seek out role models who already demonstrate good people skills.
When you spend time with role models, you get to see examples of effective people skills in action.
