Remember That People Are Creatures of Emotion
Though you may like to believe that people act from a place of rationality and reason, it would be a mistake to approach them with that expectation.
In fact, you would be flat wrong. As the great Dale Carnegie once said, “When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion.”
