I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Practice Tolerance
When we speak of tolerance, we are talking about tolerance for other people’s points of view, others’ ideas, others’ strengths and weaknesses, and so on.
Remember that people are all different and they have different attitudes, opinions, and values. They also have different strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes some or all of these things can seem to be a problem. Sometimes they seem to be barriers to relationships and to getting things done.
Assignment
Practice this the next time someone else comes up short on an assignment or expresses the, “that’s the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard” type of thought.
