I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

At Least Make It Live
All right, we understand that it just isn’t possible to hold every conversation with someone face to face. So, when you can’t, at least make it live with a phone conversation.
That doesn’t mean a voice- mail message. The conversation has to be live. You have to submit yourself to a flow of give and take, in which tone and inflection complement the words you and the other person are sharing.
Assignment
For those conversations you just can’t have face to face, make them live with an actual phone conversation.
