So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Having Your Say Doesn’t Mean Always Having Your Way
Young professionals usually have the most difficult time with this, sometimes to the point of resenting their boss or more senior-level coworkers. But more experienced professionals become somewhat immune in time to the fact that having your say does not mean having your way.
