I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Over a decade ago, I began a journey. It was not a journey of self- discovery.
It was not a journey to some specific place or time. It was a journey into
the reasons why some of our processes were not as smooth running as we
would like. It was a journey to explore the inner workings of business orga-
nizations and to obtain the ability to gain a more comprehensive perspective
on why we do things the way we do. Many of the processes we utilize on
