THE SOLUTION

As we finished the process of creating the new policy manual we created

for the client four separate but interdependent manuals for their staff, each

of which were placed into the electronic format.

The first manual was the overall Policy Manual which covered the normal

areas of concern. Each of these policies was hyperlinked to archived versions

of the policy in question along with links to further explanations of the details.

The second manual was the Employee Handbook which was the guide

for the staff as to expected behavior of staff in the workplace along with the

Vision and Mission statements.
