To fully commit to the COE model, there is one more level that we have
to obtain. It is important that we truly hear the voice of the customer. It is
equally important that we change our modus operandi to being proactive in
trying to get a jump on the non-value added issues before they reach critical
points of no return. All of this effort is for naught if the change of culture
does not become embedded in the organization.
The final tier in the customer-centric model is that this change must
become the corporate mantra. For it to become the corporate mantra, it has
