I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Pixel tracking with <amp-pixel>
The amp-pixel component offers simple pixel-tracking analytics. It's a core component, so there's no need to include any script. With amp-pixel you simply provide a URL that will register a pageview, for example:
<amp-pixel src="https://a.theampbook.com/?idsite=1&rec=1&action_name=TITLE&url=CANONICAL_URL&rand=RANDOM">
Note the following:
- The src attribute URL must be HTTPS enabled
- Standard variable substitutions are supported, so TITLE, CANONICAL_URL, and RANDOM will all be replaced above
