I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A VISION PROCESS
PREWORK
Send out reading homework to prepare participants on what a vision statement is and is not.
Session 1: Guiding Philosophy
- Recap the chronological history of the organization with a couple of old timers. Present verbally with a handout.
- Identify the core values and beliefs people saw/felt/knew throughout the evolution of the company or unit.
- Identify the present core values and beliefs: “What values and beliefs do we actually hold in our gut today?”
Session 2: Purpose Statement
