Printing Oversized Drawings

If you create a drawing that is larger than can fit on a single page (such as a poster), you can use the Layout tab to scale the drawing to fit or you can tile the printout. Tiling splits the drawing onto several pages. After printing, you can tape the pages together to view the entire drawing at its true size.

To scale a printout:

1.
Choose File > Print, press , or click the Print icon on the Standard toolbar.

Click the Print dialog box's Layout tab (Figure 18.5).
