Alternate Printers and Paper Options

You may have access to more than one printer. Using the Print dialog box, you can select the specific printer you want to use and set its properties. Some of the properties include the size and orientation of the paper, the print resolution, and whether the printout will be color or black-and-white.

To select a different printer:

1.	Choose File > Print, press , or click the Print icon on the Standard toolbar.
2.	Click the Name drop-down list, and select the printer you want to use.
3.	Set additional options or click Print.
