I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

electronically driven, there is still a physical movement of
goods from overseas to the U.S. point of destination. This
movement can be from over 10,000 miles, through several
time zones, under the influence of variable climatic condi-
tions, and subject to severe physical abuse from the envi-
ronment and the handling that takes place through the
transportation infrastructure.
A company cannot ship goods from China into the
United States in the same manner it would ship them from
Columbus, Ohio to Knoxville, Tennessee. The level of pack-
