I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The country of origin marking on imported merchandise
has always been a compliance responsibility of the importer
of record. It is the importer’s compliance responsibility to
ensure that all merchandise that enters the commerce of the
United States is properly marked with the country of origin
of the merchandise to indicate to the ultimate purchaser of
imported articles and the specific country of origin of the
product. Country of origin criteria play a role in applicable
inclusion into possible tariff treaty duty preferential pro-
grams and rates of duty.
