So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CROSS is a searchable database of CBP rulings that can
be retrieved with simple or complex search characteristics
using keywords and Boolean operators. CROSS has the
added functionality of cross-referencing rulings from the
initial search result set with their modified, revoked, or ref-
erenced counterparts.
Rulings collections are separated into Headquarters and
New York and span the years from 1989 to the present.
Collections can be searched individually or collectively.
CROSS was last updated February 24, 2006 with 402 rul-
ings, bringing the total number of searchable rulings to
128,387. The most recent ruling is dated February 17, 2006.
