Sell your idea

If you want to lead, you have to sell. The more you advance as a leader, the more of a salesperson you become. You will find that you are having to sell your ideas, your vision, your priorities and your solutions to your team, your colleagues, bosses and stakeholders within and beyond the firm. There are three keys to selling your idea:
