It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Craft your personal success formula
A constant theme of this book is that there is no universal success formula for leadership. If there was, we could programme a robot with some artificial intelligence to take over and lead. Fortunately, life and leadership is more complicated than that.
Instead, you have to create your own personal success formula for what works in your context. This could be remarkably unhelpful advice, if it means that you have to discover what works all by yourself. But that is not the intention.
