I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Attract the right team
The right team is your dream team. It will turn mountains into molehills, it will turn crises into opportunities and surprises may even turn out to be pleasant. However, if you settle for the ‘B’ team, you will struggle. Every setback will be a crisis, you will hear more excuses than you want, you will waste time settling disputes within the team, and you will find yourself losing sleep every time a deadline looms. At this point you may quietly curse your team. But you should curse yourself – attracting the right team is one of the most important tasks that any leader undertakes. The quality of your team sets the limit to what you can achieve.
