First off, I would like to thank my wife Dawn for the amazing patience and guidance she lovingly provided while this book was being written. I would also like to thank my girls—Rachel, Daphnie, and Kaitlyn—for not getting too frustrated every time I said “sure, yeah, in just a couple minutes” when they asked me to play with them while my head was in these pages and examples. I’d also like to thank my mom for taking her limited resources and creating a childhood where anything was possible.
