PACT Formula
Pride, accountability, commitment, and trust (PACT) are the hallmarks of any successful health care organization, from the staff level to the overall corporate structure. The PACT Formula details the professional work strategies of health care workers at every level and in all technical roles (see Figure 3.1). As health care human resources professionals innovate their strategy, these factors should be an essential component of the overall organizational profile and should be incorporated into organizational culture analysis.
