It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

z900 servers are shipped in two ways:
Packaged systems are protected with heavy cardboard and rolled on their own casters.
Crated systems are protected with wooden shipping boxes and are mounted on pallets
requiring commercial lift transportation.
Table F-1 on page 292 shows the shipping specifications for packaged and crated systems.
z900 servers can be ordered with height and width reduction shipping features:
