Commitment: Willingness to give time, energyand personal reputation to something that isbelieved in, or a promise or firm decision to do something.
Being able to do what it takes to make something happen is a key and valuable asset for success. In a world where there is never a shortage of people who operate on a level where they either agree or disagree about something, but as yet do not bring the value of commitment to do anything about it, those who are willing to step up and step forward, really do stand out.
