It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Principes Lean
Les cinq principes énoncés par WOMACK et JONES sont génériques, synthétiques et conceptuels. Leur formulation est très concise au point de se révéler hermétiques aux non-initiés.
D’autres auteurs proposent des principes plus « opérationnels ». FLINCHBAUGH et CARLINO (voir bibliographie) par exemple, suggèrent une liste de cinq principes qui s’épaulent mutuellement mais ne sont pas séquentiels :
- Observer directement le travail comme un ensemble d’activités, de connexions et de flux.
- Éliminer systématiquement les gaspillages.
- Obtenir un engagement sur le quoi et le comment.
- Résoudre systématiquement les problèmes.
- Créer une organisation apprenante.
