SALT did make a 2-D version to be used in print and on collateral
such as t-shirts. This logo also works well, as it captures the sense
of the seen and unseen letterforms that the fog in the final logo
created through color and animation.
The solution uses digital technology to make the
fog look as though it is moving around the let-
ters. The designer also created two-dimensional
versions that convey the sense of the letters
appearing and disappearing with a simple
black-and-white line.
Bus shelter posters as well as Design Week brochures play off
