I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Exchange Management Shell also provides the Export-ActiveSyncLog cmdlet that can be used to generate reports based on ActiveSync usage. The cmdlet generates reports based on IIS log files and then outputs six separate CSV files that contain detailed information about the usage of ActiveSync devices:
- Users.csv: Provides details on ActiveSync usage for each user that includes the number of sent and received items
- UserAgents.csv: Provides details on the various user agents used by devices to access Exchange
- StatusCodes.csv: Provides the HTTP response codes issued to ActiveSync clients
