I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
- In order to configure standard journaling, we use the following cmdlet to enable journaling on the mailbox database DB01, and configure the mailbox named Journaling as the journaling mailbox to store all journaled emails:
Set-MailboxDatabase DB01 -JournalRecipient journal
- To configure premium journaling to journal external emails from the user john@contoso.com, we use the following cmdlet:
New-JournalRule -Name "Journal - John" -JournalEmailAddress journal@contoso.com -Recipient john@contoso.com -Scope External -Enabled $True
