How it works...

• The date dimension table query in this recipe is filtered to include dates in the future year (the forecast year)
• The date bridge table (BudgetDateBridge) was also revised to include future months:
  • Typically, per previous recipes, the date dimension is filtered to exclude future dates
• For the North America forecast, conditional logic was applied to handle Canada differently than United States regions:
