So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The first step toward a successful deployment is selecting the SQL Server 2005 edition that best meets your needs. The rich set of features, enhanced capacity limits, multiple platform support, and flexible licensing can make the selection task in SQL Server 2005 a lot more difficult than in earlier versions, but overall, it is almost always a good challenge to face.
