To help screen your calls, you can store the names and phone numbers of people you know in the Contacts program. That way, every time you receive a call, you'll see a real name on the screen instead of a meaningless phone number. Once you see a name that you recognize, you'll know whether the caller is someone you want to talk to or avoid.
