The time-sequence (tcptrace) is taken from UNIX's tcpdump command, which also refers to the window size published by the receiver (this is the buffer size allocated by the receiver to the process), along with the retransmitted packets and ACKs.
Working with this graph provides us with a lot of information that we will use later for network debugging. Phenomena such as a window that is getting full faster than expected, too many retransmissions, and so on, will be made apparent by this graph, and this will help us solve these issues.
