I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ORACLE WEB DEVELOPMENT
One of the most interesting new areas of Oracle development is the idea of using Oracle as a back end to systems that are delivered on the Internet. To embrace E-commerce systems, Oracle has completely reconfigured its product line to allow for the simple development of Oracle Web applications, and provides easy-to-use end-user tools such as Oracle WebDB and Oracle Portals for the purpose of developing fast, robust applications that access Oracle over the Internet.
