So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Service Connections
SAP service connections are secure network connections between SAP and customer data centers. Sometimes, SAP needs to log in to customer systems to help resolve an issue and requests a service connection to the system. You can use the URL https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/serviceconnection to find the right system and open the service connection. Figure 18-5 shows the initial screen for maintaining service connections.
