Upgrade Execution
The upgrade execution steps are performed by Upgrade GUI. When the upgrade program is executed from the upgrade master DVD, it starts an HTTP service in the background. Upgrade GUI connects to the back-end HTTP service with a browser at port 4239.
Start the Upgrade GUI for the First Time
The following procedure can be used to start the Upgrade GUI for the first time.
1. Mount the upgrade master DVD.
2. Log in as <sid>adm user account at the operating system level.
3. Change to directory <path to upgrade master dvd>/upgrade master dvd, and execute the following command:
