Keys and Requests
If a developer or configuration resource has to change the SAP standard code or settings, SAP requires a developer key in addition to access keys. The developer key is issued by SAP for an individual developer user account, and access keys are issued for the development object that needs to be changed. The developer keys and access key sections of SAP Service Marketplace can be accessed at http://service.sap.com/sscr. The following illustration shows the initial screen for requesting a developer and access keys from SAP.
