The field and practice of team coaching have grown substantially over the last decade. The (2016) Ridler Report, a survey of 105 organizations about strategic trends in the use of coaching, found that 58% of the organizations they surveyed currently use team coaching and another 28% are considering bringing team coaching to their organization in the next three years (Mann, 2016).
