Though team coaching as a discipline may be significantly behind the development of individual coaching (Hawkins, 2014), nevertheless there exists a proliferation of different approaches and models (Peters & Carr, 2013). In this chapter, a dialogic approach to team coaching is described, based on the pioneering work of Isaacs (1999).
