Though team coaching as a discipline may be significantly behind the development of individual coaching (Hawkins, 2014), nevertheless there exists a proliferation of different approaches and models (Peters & Carr, 2013). In this chapter, a dialogic approach to team coaching is described, based on the pioneering work of Isaacs (1999). The approach appears to sit well with generic team coaching frameworks (e.g., Hawkins, 2014) and is consistent with contemporary theories of organisational development and change.
