WPF Localization

In the past, localizing a WPF was a tricky task. In fact, you had different alternatives, some of them based on command-line tools, manual generation of satellite assemblies, and manual translation of each resource string. You also had to deal with BAML (Binary Application Markup Language), an intermediate file format for linked resources.
