I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Application Certification Requirements
Before you submit an app to the Windows Store, you must be sure that it adheres to the certification policies. You should bookmark the certification requirements page on MSDN because it will be one of your closest friends for avoiding rejections: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/dn764944.aspx.
When you have finished developing and testing an app, it is time to submit it to the Windows Store so that other users will be able to download (and possibly buy) your app on their devices.
