I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Of course you can do this same kind of search on Yahoo or any other searchable subject index. I've found that the Open Directory Project works for me in the searches I do for international information; you might find that Yahoo suits you better. To each his own.
Though Yahoo and other subject indexes are good, I prefer the Open Directory Project at http://www.dmoz.com for my country searching. Start your search there by searching for the name of the country and then narrowing your search down by category. For example, I might want information on health issues in South Korea. Searching for "South Korea" health would bring me some results, but there's no guarantee that a thematic keyword ...
