I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
11.3. Designing BitLocker Support
BitLocker encryption was introduced with Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Unlike EFS, which can be used to encrypt files and folders, BitLocker can be used to encrypt the entire hard drive. BitLocker Drive Encryption is used for internal hard drives and BitLocker To Go is used to encrypt external or USB flash drives.
NOTE
The 70-680 exam covers the configuration of BitLocker and BitLocker To Go. The 70-685 and 70-686 exams include objectives related to troubleshooting and designing encryption issues but never directly mention BitLocker. This section provides a review of BitLocker, but it does not attempt to teach all of the details of BitLocker Drive encryption. The most important topics for the MCITP ...
