However, we can only really thrive when we are able to fulfil all
our basic psychological needs.
The psychologist most well known for listing these needs is
Abraham Maslow. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (see below)
is still a relevant model, but the model can be extended and
reformed; there is more to life than just fullfiling our own needs.
People who are really happy are very busy giving back. Actually,
