Create a mission statement
We don’t find it strange that a good business knows what they
do, who they do it for and have a mission statement that can sum
up the ethos of what they are about, something unique that is
represented at every level of production or service. Brand aware-
ness is predicated on this principle and when the brand delivers
on its promise both customer and staff can trust and enjoy their
connection and involvement with the product.
