When you’re on a plane, you’re told that in the event of an emergency, you should put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others with theirs.

Now that we’ve completed the previous section and covered the aspects of your physical and mental health, you can be mindful of how you feel and understand why. You also know how to take positive action that will benefit your body and your mind. But you also work with others who may not be as in tune with themselves.
